When will my orders shipped?

Once you placed an order through TJ SEVEN Store, we will send you an email confirmation within one business day. When we shipped out your order, another email with shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent out to you. Also, all packages will be shipped with a "Signature Required Delivery". Please note that someone needs to be at home to sign for the package when it arrives.

Most in-stock items orders will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of business days.

Free Shipment usually takes 7-10 business days.

Ground Shipment usually takes 5-7 business days.

Express Shipment usually takes 2-3 business days.

 

 

Do you ship Internationally?
As of right now, TJ SEVEN Store does not ship out our products out of United States. Though we might have that option in the future. Please check our website periodically for any updates in the future.

 

 

Do I need to pay sales tax?

TJ SEVEN Store doesn't have sales tax.
