If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/sealed and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. For item returned back to us after 5 calendar days, there will be a 10% restocking fee charge.
Refunds will only be in the form of store credit. Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items that are on sale.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your store credit. You may use the credit to buy another item or keep it for future use.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unless, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the quality, or the merchandise is broken or damaged on its way, they are eligible to be treated with a free shipping arrangement from our side.
